Because of the handcrafted and often custom nature of our items, each product category follows its own return and refund guidelines.

Visual Arts (Paintings & Sculptures)
We take great pride in curating original visual artworks from emerging and established artists. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition
Return Window:
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the artwork is in its original condition and packaging.
Return Eligibility:
- Only ready-to-ship artworks are eligible for return.
- The artwork must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the rare event of damage during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We’ll work with you on a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Commissioned or custom-made artworks created on request are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Designer Furniture
Each designer furniture piece at Art Monkey is made to order, crafted with care and precision to meet the highest standards. Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of:
- Items received damaged or defective.
- Incorrect product delivered.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us at info@artmonkey.me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this period, production begins and cancellations may not be possible.
Please note:
- Slight variations in color, texture, or grain are normal and part of the handmade process.
- Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Decorative Mirrors
At Art Monkey, our decorative mirrors are curated and custom-framed with the utmost care. We take every measure to ensure they arrive safely and as described.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if:
- The mirror arrives damaged, broken, or with manufacturing defects.
- The wrong item is delivered.
If your mirror arrives in poor condition, please contact us at info@artmonkey.me within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, framing and packing processes begin, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

- Due to the fragile and custom nature of mirrors, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Slight variations in framing, tone, or finishing are not considered defects.

You may return a rug within 7 days of delivery if:
- It is unused and in original condition
- It is returned in original or equivalent packaging
