We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

2. Account Registration

You may browse the site without an account. To purchase, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your credentials confidential.

3. Product Listings & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images. However, due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products:

  • Variations in color, size, and texture may occur.
  • Availability is subject to change without notice.
  • Some items are made-to-order and require longer lead times.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED or EUR, depending on your region.
  • Prices include applicable taxes but exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment gateways.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product prices at any time.

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Estimated delivery timelines are specified on each product page.
  • Many items, particularly custom or made-to-order pieces, require additional lead time.
  • Customers will receive email updates with shipping details.

In rare cases, unexpected delays or unavailability may occur. We will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Custom or Made to Order Purchases

For all custom or made-to-order artworks and products, a 100% upfront payment is required before production begins. This ensures the reservation of materials, time, and labor for your unique order. All sales of custom items are non-refundable once production has started.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping using reputable carriers.
  • Shipping costs and timelines vary by location and product.
  • Art Monkey is not liable for customs delays or import taxes in the destination country.
  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery information is provided.

8. Returns & Refunds

Each product category has its own return/refund policy. Customers must read the relevant category policy before purchase.
In general:

  • Made-to-order and custom artworks are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return eligibility is determined case-by-case per category guidelines.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation policies differ depending on the product:

  • Ready-to-ship items may be canceled within 24 hours of order.
  • Made-to-order items may be canceled within the first 48 hours unless production has started.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of Art Monkey or the respective artists/designers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

11. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or servers

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

12. Artist & Designer Collaborations

Artists and designers represented on our platform retain full authorship of their work. Art Monkey acts as a selling partner, not the creator or producer. We honor all copyright and branding integrity.

13. Limitation of Liability

Art Monkey is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays or failures in performance beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays)
  • Inaccuracies in product descriptions provided by third parties (e.g., artists, manufacturers)

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
