All art pieces displayed on artmonkey.me are authentic and come with their certificate of authenticity signed by the artist (with exception to Accessories).

Yes, out of stock articles are available for pre order.

Currently we only ship across United Arab Emirates.

However, if you are not residing in UAE and really like an artwork, you can always get in touch with us through contact us page or Email us at info@artmonkey.me and we will do our best to facilitate.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

You have 48 hours after the delivery to contact us and return the item. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to our warehouse (you are responsible for packaging the work).

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work. You can return the item and you will be refunded. ART MONKEY will cover the transport in case of damage during delivery.

You will be refunded after the work has been returned to ART MONKEY's warehouse.
