 about this bronze sculpture

Sadegh Adham's Mythical Creatures Bronze Sculptures, depicting a man and woman with golden horns, draw deeply from Persian mythology. In ancient Persian lore, deities and heroes were often adorned with horns, symbolizing divine power and connection to the supernatural. For example, Verethragna, the god of victory, was depicted as a bull with golden horns, embodying strength, valor, and transcendence.

The golden horns in Adham's sculptures symbolize this divine connection, highlighting the characters' mystical qualities and elevated status. By combining human forms with these horns, Adham emphasizes the fusion of human and divine attributes, a key theme in Persian mythology.

Crafted in bronze, the sculptures demonstrate Adham's exceptional skill with the medium. Known for its durability and detail, bronze allows precise rendering of anatomy and ornate golden horns. The material’s timeless quality aligns with the enduring nature of Persian myths, giving the sculptures a powerful, lasting presence.

His mythical creatures series of bronze sculptures features dynamic figurines of dominant, feisty bulls and gracefully resting horses, mysterious owls, majestic lions, resilient camels, and enchanting birds. All of which represent conventional symbols of virility, fertility, wisdom, and power.
