The KOKON Ceiling Lamp is a living object, shifting in perception depending on its surroundings. It resembles a closed form, concealing a source of light within. Mysterious, protected, seemingly frozen in a moment of transformation. Its raw texture, asymmetry, and matte surface evoke something organic and primal, as if it were not crafted but discovered in nature.

Pavel Vishnevsky is a Russian-born designer and artist currently based in Milan, Italy. Emerging from the Far East of Russia, his work is deeply influenced by the natural world, blending organic forms with minimalist design principles. 

Vishnevsky's creations are characterized by their "organic bionic" design language, where abstract, living-like forms are transformed into functional art objects. He often utilizes materials such as recycled paper composites and fiberglass, reflecting his commitment to sustainability and innovative craftsmanship.

His design philosophy emphasizes the integration of art and function, producing pieces that are not only visually striking but also serve practical purposes.
