This chair is thought to be a development of the shape and design of The Round Chair, however it is smaller and has shorter elbow rests as opposed to The Round Chair's or the subsequent Bull Horn Chair's longer arm rests.
As a result, the chair can be pushed in closer to the table and getting up from the chair while seated is alot simpler.
